Middle East Shipping Notice

Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, shipping routes to the region are disrupted. As a result, both freight costs and delivery times are currently affected by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Delivery times to Middle East destinations are estimates only, and actual delivery may take longer than usual.

Estimated delivery times from your order date (including production time):

• United Arab Emirates: Standard (sea freight) approximately 7–10 weeks; Expedited (air freight) approximately 4–6 weeks.
• Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman: Standard (sea freight) approximately 10–14 weeks; Expedited (air freight) approximately 4–6 weeks.

For these destinations, the estimated delivery times provided in this notice take precedence over any other delivery times shown elsewhere on this page or at checkout. Shipping rates remain as shown at checkout. Deliveries to other countries in the region may also experience delays. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you with an update.

Import duties and taxes: any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Most Standard Shipping orders to the United States and Canada are sent duties-paid and arrive with no extra charges, but we cannot guarantee this for every shipment.
For other destinations and for expedited services, import duties, VAT or taxes not shown at checkout may be collected by the carrier before delivery. Please contact us before ordering if you would like an estimate for your country.

⚠ Our products ship from international facilities. Once dispatched, packages cannot be recalled from the carrier network.

Remote & rural areas in Canada

Free standard shipping applies to most Canadian addresses. Some rural or remote postal codes — for example, postal codes with 0 as the second character, and addresses in Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Prince Edward Island — are classified by our carriers as remote delivery areas. Standard shipping is still available to these addresses with a remote-area delivery fee: US$35 for orders up to US$1,500, US$50 up to US$3,000, US$80 up to US$6,000, and US$125 above US$6,000. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay, and expedited shipping to remote areas includes the same fee. Delivery to remote areas may take a few extra days.
