3 Import Duties & Taxes

United States & Canada (Standard Shipping): shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties are covered by Brillilume, no extra fees on delivery.
For other destinations and for expedited services, any import duties, VAT or taxes not shown at checkout may be collected by the carrier before delivery. Please contact us before ordering if you would like an estimate for your country.

4 Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Cancellations: Request within 48 hours of order.
  • Address changes: Request within 3 days of order.
⚠ Our products ship from international facilities. Once dispatched, packages cannot be recalled from the carrier network.
