1 Return Window

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when received — unused, uninstalled, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2 How to Start a Return

Email us at info@brillilume.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Wait for authorization. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Ship the item to our return address below using a trackable shipping method. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
